SBI gives big relief to consumers, 25 crores people gain
The country’s largest bank State Bank of India (SBI) has given relief to millions of customers. The bank has reduced the non-balance of charge by up to 75%. This deduction will apply to the savings account. New rates will be effective from 1 April 2018.
The country’s largest bank State Bank of India (SBI) has given relief to millions of customers. The bank has reduced the non-balance of charge by up to 75%. This deduction will apply to the savings account. New rates will be effective from 1 April 2018.
Charges for not charging minimum balance in metro and urban areas have been reduced from 50 rupees to 15 rupees. In smaller cities this charge was 40 rupees, which has now been reduced to Rs. 12. Similarly, in the rural areas, there will be no charge of 10 rupees instead of 40 rupees for minimum balance. This charge does not include GST.

Bank’s retail and digital banking MD PK Gupta said, “After taking our customers’ emotions and reactions and taking this step, we have taken this step. According to him, the bank keeps the attention of its customers’ interests first. ”
