Users can send audio, video and text files through the Paytm messaging service. According to the person involved in this case, the company will transfer its payment users to the messaging app.
According to sources, this feature will be launched by the end of August. The current Paytm spokesperson has refused to comment on this issue. A person connected with this project said that "The new feature has been working for the last 3 months and this feature will allow the company to keep the users on their platform."
Interestingly, on one side when the Paytm messaging app is starting, WhatsApp is looking at starting a digital payment payment service. Earlier, Messaging App Hike started an electronic payment facility in its own app to promote digital payments.
