After the service begins, the BLNL user will be able to call the company's Wings Mobile App any number in the country. This app is needed to make and receive calls in any area of the country. Registration for this will start from this week and the service will be activated from July 25. For the VoIP service, the custodians will have to pay Rs. 1,099 for first-time activation. BSNL will provide free audio and video calling facility to the users for one year through this service.
