Rs. 1 Lakh Increase In Cashless Treatment In 'Amrutam Maa' Scheme
Ahmedabad: Under the scheme of Chief Minister, Amrutam 'Maa' implemented for poor girls, patients get cashless treatment. 'Vaastasalya' and 'Maa' cards have been issued to those living below poverty line, where cashless treatment is given to card approved hospital in case of serious illnesses and accidents. The Government has implemented Rs 1 lakh increase in the cost of treatment.
The government enjoys the cost of all the treatment under this card. So far, under this scheme, the amount of treatment given in the limit of Rs. 5 lakh per family has been increased to the limit of Rs.3 lakh now. In addition to the limits of cashless treatment, if there is any knee replacement or installation operation under some other reforms, then maximum treatment of one thousand rupees or more than one thousand rupees will be given.
