Vodafone Will Provide 50 Lakh Youth Jobs, Come Plan
Vodafone announced the launch of 'What Will You Be?', The world's largest international Future Job Program. Through this program, Vodafone will prepare 50 lakh young people of India and one crore youth from 18 countries for new job rolls by 2022.
Vodafone has launched a new online platform Future Job Finder, which will provide the youth the right guidance for the careers in the current digital economy. Also, this platform will help you find a suitable job.
A series of Quick Symmetric Tests has been introduced under the Future Job Finder. By which the youth can identify the areas of their competence and interest, and accordingly find a job in the most appropriate job category for themselves. Instructors can obtain occasional online digital skill training through this platform.
Vodafone India's managing director and chief executive officer Sunil Sood said, "India is the country where there are the largest number of young people. Over time, every workplace is being digitized and demand for specialist technology skills is increasing in the context of digital economy.
