The government will bring legislation to protect the constitutional rights of tribals, Dalits and Bakhshak reserves in the forthcoming Vidhan Sabha session from a historic decision, forests, tribal people, Ganpat Singh Vasawa said. Providing a brief profile about the law at the press conference at Surat Circuit House, Vasava said, "Based on false certificates of government jobs, educational benefits, elections or reservations through false certificates of tribal, Dalit and Bachchanch castes," any beneficiaries, providers or helpers "Three years of imprisonment and a fine of up to Rs 50,000 will be made. He said that the decision has been taken on the basis of issuance of issuance of incorrect caste certificates and on the basis of the incorrect caste certificates, the Minister said that the State Government is committed to protect the interests of the categories under constitutional reserve.
If the job is received based on false certificates, they will be dismissed from the job. As well as the grants, allowances or other financial benefits received during the employment will be collected. On the basis of such credentials, admission in educational institutions will be canceled and penal steps will be taken against it. Apart from this, if any degree is obtained then it will also be canceled and the beneficiaries, such as scholarships or other benefits, will be recovering the certificates received, Minister Vasavya said.
If the contest has been won by the constitutionally reserved seats, the member will be disqualified and the benefits received will be collected. The minister said that now there is a mandatory scrutiny of the constitutional works in the reserved places, for the benefit of the reservation in education, government jobs or elections, through the Caste Certificates Committee.
