Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Fathers Name, Email Id, Mobile Number, Password, Unique Identification Type – Aadhaar Card, Voter Id, Licence ID, Pancard, Passport, Choose your Username – UID, Email,
Step 4: Click Submit
Step 5: Next Step, You’ll get OTP ( One Time Password ) which you need to Enter the form to Verify it.
